Chongqing official makes TV debut

Sun Xingfu, deputy director of Yunyang county's environment protection bureau in Chongqing municipality, recently filmed his first TV cameo.

In a recent TV special on environmental protection, Sun plays the role of a poor resident who sought the aid of local government to replace his coal stove with a cleaner-burning gas stove. Gas stoves result in less soot and air pollution.
