Naked ambition bears fruit for Cink

NEW YORK: Helped by advice from his wife to "run naked", American Stewart Cink ended a PGA Tour title drought of nearly four years with a one-shot victory at the Travelers Championship in Cromwell, Connecticut, on Sunday.

The world No 12 held off last-day challenges from fellow Americans Tommy Armour III and holder Hunter Mahan to clinch his fifth victory on the world's most competitive circuit.
