Third time's the charm for lottery winner
A 60-year-old woman surnamed Li arrived in Guangdong Provincial Lottery Center to cash her lottery ticket in Guangzhou on Wednesday.
Li, who spent only 4 yuan (57 cents) to purchase her lottery ticket last week, won a record prize of 10 million yuan ($1.43 million).
