Rice to visit China
US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will travel later this month to Chengdu, the capital of China's Sichuan province that was struck by a massive earthquake in May.
Rice, who will visit Chengdu on June 29, will be the highest-ranking US official to visit Chengdu since the earthquake, US State Department spokesman Tom Casey said.
