Five-star roast duck

Veteran Peking roast duck restaurant Bian Yi Fang has opened its eighth restaurant in Beijing near Southwestern Fourth Ring Road's Fufeng Qiao (便宜坊食府).

With a fusion of modern and traditional Chinese dcor, it is considered one of the largest and the best decorated restaurants of the chain.

The original restaurant, established approximately 600 years ago in 1416, Bian Yi Fang's roast duck is a tradition that dates further back than the infamous Peking Duck Quanjude restaurant.
