Italian Lombard foods
A book of 50 recipes for Sino-Italian dishes, which combine the cuisines of eight chefs from both countries was released June 4.
The recipe book belongs to the Crossroads project, which aims to blend and bridge the two different culinary cultures. The project is a joint effort between region of Lombard in Italy, the Union of Lombard Chambers of Commerce, and the Consortium for the Protection of Grana Padano Cheese. www.italia-crossroads.com
