STAGE

Straight from London's Royal Opera House, the Royal Ballet returns to China for the first time in a decade with a three-week residency. The first performance on June 20 offers an "action-packed" three-act adaptation of Puccini's Manon Lescaut. From June 21 to 23, they will present Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty, produced by Christopher Newton and Monica Mason. From June 25 to 26, they close down the tour with a special selection of classics.
