Areva invests in T&D
Areva, the French-based energy company, said its transmission and distribution business unit (T&D) will set up a new technology center in Shanghai.
With an initial investment of 180 million yuan, the Areva T&D technology center will be fully operational next year. A total of 250 local Chinese R&D engineers and specialists will be recruited initially.
