Punctured tire ends would-be thieves' escape
A police officer in the local public security bureau in Zhaoyuan, Shandong province, thought that two men loitering in a minivan near a long-distance bus station looked suspicious.
When the driver saw the officer approaching, he put his foot to the gas.
