Prevent job burnout
Knowing how to relax can prevent job burnout, experts say. Critical self-examination is also important, according to Volker Faust, a neurologist and psychiatrist from the German city of Ravensburg.
Faust says symptoms of burnout, such as over commitment, overwork and over-time, accompanied by exhaustion, resignation and social withdrawal, should not be ignored.
