Man attends wedding, leaves a millionaire

A fish peddler was back in his hometown of Wuhu, Anhui province, for a friend's wedding in late May. The man working in Shandong province spent 10 yuan buying lottery tickets - and unexpectedly won the first prize of 5 million yuan ($710,000).

Amazed at his luck, the man donated 100,000 yuan to support the development of social welfare programs in Anhui.
