Maryland doctors trudge to help Sichuan victims

On May 12, 16-year-old Duan Zhixiu was trapped for 10 hours in the rubble of the collapsed Beichuan Middle School. The ordeal left her with severe lung and kidney failure, and rescuers were forced to amputate her left leg to free her.
