Students practice public speaking on subway

In order to hone their public speaking skills, three university seniors in Shanghai - who felt they weren't given ample opportunities to practice their abilities in college - have begun serenading pedestrians in public places, including parks and subway stations.

"We will graduate soon and we realize how important the communication capability is, but we were given very few chances in the campus to speak to the public," one student said.
