The Heng Shan Hui Cantonese Restaurant (衡山小馆) on Xiaoyun Lu near Women's street took its name from the street on which the first of this Hong Kong-based restaurant chain's four successful Shanghai branches was located.

The restaurant offers authentic Cantonese dishes, dim sum, BBQ meats and Cantonese style breakfast cooked by its Hong Kong- and Guangdong-born chefs. There are no additives such as MSG, pigments or essences in Heng Shan dishes. French windows on the first floor let in natural light, while the 2nd floor has spacious private rooms.
