Police allow grieving fugitive to bury father

Zhang Qun, a 41-year-old woman suspected of allowing prostitution in her barbershop, was arrested last Monday in Jiangxi province. She had returned to her home village of Nanchang for a memorial service.

After locating the woman, police waited for six hours before making an arrest in order to allow her to participate in funeral rites for her deceased father. Police stopped her just as she was about to leave the graveyard.
