Drug addict's problem drives him to prison
A drug addict has been taken into custody after police caught him stealing a van in Xinzhou, Shanxi province, last Friday.
The addict surnamed Dong panicked when he saw police at the side of the road. He immediately sped off, but in his haste, he accidentally drove the vehicle into a ditch.
