Lorries protest fuel prices
Dozens of lorries and taxis traveling at a snail's pace blocked a major motorway leading into Paris yesterday in a protest against high fuel prices.
The slow-moving convoy set off at around 0500 GMT, just as the rush hour traffic was picking up, and swiftly snarled a major route leading to the La Defense business district, authorities said.
