Fetishist shows little restraint for restraints
A man from Dehui, Jilin province, was so addicted to handcuffs that he spent more than 1,000 yuan ($143) on them.
The man, surnamed Lin, would often lock himself up in restraints and would occasionally pretend to live behind bars.
