Woman's ring saga ends in disappointment

Yang, 28, received a diamond ring from her mother as a gift when she got married six years ago. Her mother had spent a hefty sum on it at a department store.

Last week, her husband sent her another ring, so she decided to ask a jewelry shop to reset the one her mother gave her into another style. But the shop said the diamond on the old ring was fake, and that it could not accept it for a change.
