Volunteer weatherman keeps neighbors up to date

A 75-year-old man named Wu Kezheng has been working as a volunteer weatherman in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province, for eight years.

Wu arrives at the city's Chenzai flower bazaar at 8:20 am every day to announce the day's weather and major news stories from that morning's radio broadcast. He also offers comments on current events and the weather.
