Fair marred by death

The driver of a bus was killed yesterday while transporting 43 visitors back to Hong Kong from the 103rd China Import and Export Fair in Guangzhou. Eleven passengers were also hurt when the bus collided with a container truck.

According to the organizers of the fair, the first phase of which ran from Tuesday to Sunday, about $25.43 billion worth of business deals were struck, 1.8 percent higher than the previous session in October.
