Massive effort called out to move old, heavy trees

It took a group of more than 50 gardeners more than 13 hours to replant two ancient banyan trees 100 m away from their original location on Tuesday in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province.

The work started at about 7 am and was finished at 8 pm. It cost more than 100,000 yuan ($14,300) to replant the two century-old trees.
