Woman finds herself at the mercy of cheaters

Li, a resident of Chongqing municipality, feared that her husband was cheating on her, so she decided to buy a special device so she could monitor his calls - only to be cheated by the person selling the device.

Li heard before the Spring Festival that her husband was having an affair and so she decided to watch his every move. In March she received a text message promoting a phone monitor.
