Knife-wielding passenger barred from flight
A passenger surnamed Zhang was barred from a flight from Meilan International Airport in Haikou, capital of Hainan province, on Sunday after twice trying to sneak a pocketknife onto the airplane.
Security inspectors spotted the knife in his luggage and ordered him to discard it before boarding.
