Farmer in trouble after kids eat poisoned dates
A child from a village near Dacheng, a county in Hebei province, died of poisoning while another was left in hospital after eating poisoned Chinese dates that a farmer had put out to protect her crops from scavenging livestock.
The incident happened on March 31.
