German foundation reportedly behind anti-China protests

A German foundation has allegedly drawn up a " plan of action" to spur anti-China protests over Tibet during the 2008 Beijing Olympics, according to a report on the www.german-foreign-policy.com website.

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation, which is largely state-financed, has been advising the Tibetan government-in-exile in all matters of politics since 1991. Its activities are designed to suit the political will of the self-proclaimed Tibetan government, the report said.
