A Learning-committed Party

A target of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to engage its members in a continuous learning process so that the Party can maintain its leading role in seeking better development of the country. First raised at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of CPC in September 2004, this target was viewed as important to enhancing the Party's governance.
