Bird flu outbreak
The Ministry of Agriculture yesterday confirmed an outbreak of bird flu at a poultry farm at a village in the Tibet autonomous region.
It was found that more than 260 birds had been killed by the H5N1 virus at a farm in Zhuba, Qamdo county, the National Bird Flu Reference Laboratory said.
