Too many wild sheep
Conservationists have been fumbling for ways to rein in an overpopulation of blue sheep, a wild endangered species mainly living on Mount Helan of the Ningxia Hui and Inner Mongolia autonomous regions.
Before 1983, the blue sheep was hunted to the point it became endangered.
