N. Carolina, UCLA in Final Four

PHOENIX: North Carolina and UCLA, both No 1 seeds and two of the most successful college basketball teams ever, advanced to the Final Four of the NCAA tournament on Saturday.

UCLA, seeking its 12th national title, beat Xavier 76-57 to win the West Region and North Carolina, trying to capture national title number five, took the East Region with an 83-73 victory over persistent Louisville in Charlotte, North Carolina.
