VP meets Harvard chair

Chinese Vice-President Xi Jinping yesterday met with Harvard University President Drew Gilpin Faust, exchanging views on further promoting China-US education cooperation.

It is Faust's first China visit since she assumed the office of president of Harvard University in 2007, during which she was granted honorary doctor of the Peking University, and delivered speeches at Peking University and Tsinghua University.
