A sense of justice must prevail

Regarding some Western media coverage of the violence in Lhasa, we must say, the facts should not be distorted and a sense of justice must prevail for all people.

In the violence that erupted in the capital of Tibet autonomous region on March 14, many were injured and 18 innocent people were killed by the rioters using extremely crude methods.

Official figures show that the rioters set fires at more than 300 locations, mostly private houses, stores and schools, smashed vehicles, and damaged public facilities.
