Bus incentive proves there's money in courtesy

The Wuhan Public Transportation Group this month launched a special incentive to encourage bus passengers to offer their seats to those who need them.

The measure was introduced on the city's No 38 route. People who give up their seats will have their name recorded, and if they do so 50 times, they will receive a bus smart card worth 30 yuan (about $4).
