Peanut brittle lion draws roars of approval
A sweet lion drew the attention of many tourists and onlookers in Fengtang township, Chaozhou, Guangdong province, on Tuesday.
Local villagers sculpted the 1-m-tall lion out of peanut kernel and malt sugar. The statue will be used to honor villagers' ancestors during a ceremony in the coming days.
