Cultural harmony flows in Star River

In an article posted on the Star River's Resident Forum by a Beijing businessman about to leave for Canada, he expressed sadness over having to part with his apartment at Star River. While this attachment for a building might seem surprising, such sentiments are testimony to the success of the developer's philosophy of "devotion, diligence and innovation",
The developer has paid particular attention to creating a harmonious living environment.
A luxury residence, no matter how upper-class or fashionable, is still just a brick and mortar structure. It is brought to life by its residents. Without the people, the buildings are dead. Hence, creating an environment for living should come before the landscaping.
In the face of advanced architectural concepts, how has Star River managed to support the new theme of "renowned brand attracting intelligent people, intelligent people creating capital and capital transforming into social contribution"? The answer lies in its chain development model.
China's urban settlements, in particular the development of high-end communities, have switched from purely pursuing large space to the pursuit of quality and culture. This change not only reflects a higher demand from the public, it also shows that developers have to satisfy a more multi-cultural, soft power customer base.
I am aware of the fact that many real-estate companies are imitating and copying Star River's architectural styles in various regions throughout China. However, they are unable to copy its "essence".
While Star River has been able to retain the rich, intellectual and IT residential class, achieving a sort of "refinement effect", the key to Star River's success lies in the spirit of dedication to the residents and their interaction with their family and society. This has allowed the owners to achieve a shift from culture capital to economic social value capital. Of course, as the biggest winner, Star River itself also has benefited tremendously from word-of-mouth marketing.
According to conservative statistics, the number of Star River owners from the intellectual class has reached 1,439. Assuming that all of these residents can live in a space suitable for living, working and maintaining a good mental attitude and creating tangible and intangible assets, the new generation of residents at China's Star River apartments can be compared to China's telecommunication giant 3G, possessing a high level of technical skills.
Star River needs to continue this evolutionary path. The shift to a cultural capital, not only transcends a concept of residential living, it also is a manifestation of the developers' spirit, attitude and professionalism!
We are expecting more cultural La Rive Gauche and capital Rive Droite in China's urban settlements.
