Best buy found in expensive best friend

Hu Peng, a resident in Changsha, Hunan province, spent more than 800,000 yuan ($112,600) to buy a Tibetan mastiff early this month and has found the dog to be worth every penny.

The black mastiff, named Heibao or "Black Treasure", is 130 cm long, 78 cm tall and weighs more than 80 kg. It is reportedly the most expensive canine in the city.
