Accident case presents difficult choices

Judges from the Nanning Intermediate People's Court are facing with a special case filed by a driver, Liang Kenian, who suffered serious injuries in a traffic accident in this capital city of the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

Liang was seriously injured and his colleague Liang Kesong was killed after an oil tanker collided with a lorry last year.
