"China should set up a committee to monitor the consumer price index (CPI) and forecast about the coming three to six months. The price rises were largely influenced by international factors, thus we need to have comprehensive information on major commodities in world markets, such as crude oil, coal, steel and food. Although forecasting CPI index is not easy, it is feasible."
