Best to let missing bank cards lie
Yin Guangxiong was sentenced to a six-month jail term on Tuesday after he used another person's bank card to illegally withdraw 5,000 yuan ($700) in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province.
Yin found the card in an ATM late last October and he decided to withdraw the funds. The account contained 100,000 yuan.
