Cook mistakes lunch for heavy industry

Thirty-two people, including a cook surnamed Yan, suffered from food poisoning after Yan mistakenly added industrial oil to the dish he was preparing in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province, over the weekend.

Most of the victims were migrant workers from a nearby construction site. They started to notice the effects of the poisoning at about 2 pm and were immediately sent to three hospitals for treatment. None of them were in grave danger.
