Conjoined twins leave hospital separately

A pair of conjoined twins were released from hospital in Chongqing municipality last Tuesday after surgeons successfully separated them.

The twins were born on Feb 7, but doctors accidentally injured one of the boys because they did not know the two were linked. In a bid to rescue the babies, the hospital separated them on Feb 14. The operation took two hours, and the boys are both in good condition.
