Mine blast duo cave in
Two suspects gave themselves up to the police on Saturday in connection with the illegal mine explosion that killed 24 people in Hebei province, police said yesterday.
The suspects, Zhang Juanqi and Zhang Jianjun, turned themselves in three days after the highest national order for arrest was issued by the Ministry of Public Security last Wednesday, local police said.
