Modern Weekly magazine issued its list of 2007's Best Restaurants last week. It is the first time

restaurants from outside Beijing, in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, have been rated and included in the publication's Cuisine Map. The Cuisine Map features 65 restaurants in Beijing, 66 in Shanghai, and 67 each in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The restaurants are classified by cuisine, with gourmets' comments and color illustrations.
