So, the scene is set for misunderstanding and conflict in this comic drama where the wife is a famous actress and the husband is an unknown director. More than 50 oil paintings by Fang Shaohua, one of China's most distinguished young painters, will be on display at the Shanghai Art Museum, in Looking for Paradise.

Polluted water, melting snow-capped mountains and sad urban people are his subjects, illustrating his insights into society and the state of the environment, culture and morality.
