Top class facility for business and leisure

The Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre is a multi-purpose venue capable of accommodating conventions, exhibitions and business activities, as well as dining, entertainment and sightseeing with a wide range of equipment and facilities.

It is operated by Zhengzhou (Hong Kong) Convention and Exhibition Management Co Ltd, a Chinese foreign equity joint venture that specializes in professional site management.

The center occupies 686,000 sq m with a construction area of 227,600 sq m. Its facilities include the convention center, the exhibition center, a 38,000-sq m outdoor exhibition space, and a 45,000-sq m outdoor parking lot.

The main building of the convention center has six floors with a total construction area of more than 60,000 sq m. It can host all types of meetings and events.

The Xuanyuan Hall can accommodate meetings of up to 3,160 people, or a banquet for 1,660 people. The Jiuding Hall, suitable for meetings of 1,200 people, is fitted with an eight-way simultaneous interpretation system.

The center also has two conference halls, each with the capacity to accommodate 400 people, 17 meeting rooms of various sizes and a reception room for VIP guests, as well as dining halls for both Chinese and Western-style food and a coffee house.

The two-level main building and six-level accessory building of the exhibition center have a total construction area of 166,800 sq m. They are composed of two exposition halls, meeting rooms, dining facilities, offices and shops. The 66,000-sq m indoor showrooms can accommodate 3,438 international standard booths.

The No 1 and 2 exhibition halls can each be divided into four 6,000 sq-m and two 4,500 sq-m independent showrooms with removable partition walls.

The height between the floors of No 1 exhibition hall is 14m and it has a floor loading of 5 tons per sq m; the figures for the No 2 exhibition hall are 17.6 m and 1.5 tons per sq m respectively.
