Courses on offer from Pop Cooking
Chinese food: 12 classes per session covering Sichuan, Shanghai, Shandong, Guangdong, Northeast Chinese and Muslim cuisines, daily. There are three workshops for different level learners: Easy home-style dishes, 1,650 yuan ($223); popular restaurant-style dishes, 1,860 yuan ($251); delicate dishes, 2,280 yuan ($308).
Korean food: 12 classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, 2,250 yuan ($304).
Japanese food: 12 classes on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, 2,380 yuan ($322).
Other foreign food: 12 classes covering Italian, Belgium, French, Thai, Spanish and Russian cuisines, on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, 2,520 yuan ($340).
Fusion class: A combination of Chinese and foreign cuisines. Price depends on individual choices.
