Five-star birth
Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu Province, is about to get its first "five-star" private obstetrics hospital, catering to high-end patients.
The hospital will charge pregnant women rates of 300 yuan to thousands of yuan per day for a bed. Services including personal training, a gym and babycare classes will be available - for a price. The full package will cost 50,000 yuan.
Funny marketing
An entrepreneur has registered his soft drink product under the name Gao Xiao - a modern phrase meaning that something is too funny.
Guo said he thought it was a catchy name that would help make his product more popular.
Locals said it was a smart move that will boost sales of the product.
