Sales manager
Martinair Cargo has appointed Benjamin Xie as its sales manager in northern China.
Xie graduated from Shanghai Fishery University and has worked in the industry for more than 10 years. He has also worked for companies such as Dragonair and UPS.
Consultant hired
Leading international law firm Simmons & Simmons has appointed Matthew Durham as a consultant to its Shanghai office.
Durham is a corporate lawyer who focuses on mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and other corporate commercial transactions. He is also a key member of the firm's China Employment Group, which encompasses Hong Kong and Shanghai.
