Savills appointment

Savills, a global real estate service provider listed on the London Stock Exchange, has appointed Chris Yeung as the associate director for Beijing.

Yeung has more than 21 years of experience in the real estate and hotel industry on the mainland, Hong Kong and Canada. Prior to joining Savills, he headed the residential department of CB Richard Ellis Beijing.

Managing principal

Earthasia Beijing, a landscape design company, has appointed Michael Erickson as the managing principal.

Erickson has more than 20 years' experience in Asia, Australia and Europe, leading commissions in urban and landscape design with expertise in open-space planning. He will oversee the North China market to implement a number of Beijing Olympic projects.
