Apparel park

With a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan, an Apparel Industry Park for West China recently kicked off construction in Jianyang, Sichuan Province. Clothes will be designed, produced, stored and sold at the park. It will provide 20,000 jobs and secure 6 billion yuan in sales revenue every year, of which profits and tax will account for 1 billion yuan. Analysts hold that it is expected to become West China's largest apparel industrial base.
